Orders & Payments

All orders must be confirmed with a deposit to secure your booking. Full payment is required before collection or delivery unless otherwise agreed. Orders are considered confirmed only after payment has been received. We accept payments via bank transfer, card, or other approved methods.

Cancellations & Refunds

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable once work on your order has begun. Cancellations made less than seven days before the agreed collection or delivery date may incur full payment, as preparation and materials will already have been allocated. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your order, a full refund will be issued.

Changes & Adjustments

Any changes to your cake design, size, or flavour should be requested at least seven days before your event date. Please be aware that significant alterations may affect the final price. We will always do our best to accommodate reasonable adjustments.

Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Our cakes may contain or come into contact with allergens such as nuts, gluten, dairy, or eggs. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies when placing an order. While every effort is made to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely allergen-free.

Collection & Delivery

Delivery and set-up services are available upon request and must be arranged in advance. Once a cake has been collected or delivered, Exis Gourmet Cakes & Treats is not liable for any damage caused by mishandling or improper storage. To maintain freshness and appearance, cakes should be kept in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Design & Creative Rights

We strive to recreate your chosen design as closely as possible; however, due to the handmade nature of our work, slight variations may occur. Exis Gourmet Cakes & Treats reserves the right to photograph all creations and use these images for promotional and portfolio purposes.

Cake Tasting & Consultations

Cake tastings are available by appointment and subject to availability. Tasting fees are non-refundable but may be credited toward confirmed wedding cake orders. Consultations may be held in person or virtually, depending on your preference.

Liability

Exis Gourmet Cakes & Treats is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay once the product has been collected or delivered. Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the order placed.
